NLA programming is beyond beneficial not only to the participants but to all of the inmates and staff at the facility and society at large. We not only challenge an individuals perspective, but we utilize personal experiences to bring about a changed mindset in all persons. Our hand-on approach, combined with the outside influence of our members, encourages men to look at life through a lens of legitimacy, compassion and community involvement. We invest our time molding mentalities hinged on accountability which, in turn rewards all citizens. The NLA works for you!
